London-focused label Thames, founded by Blondey McCoy, has just released the imagery for its spring/summer 2018 lookbook. Modelled by Blondey himself and shot by Michael James Fox in a series of seaside locations, the lookbook shows the 20-year old skater lounging in his own wares.
The collection itself continues working on the themes Thames is known for, twisting popular iconography such as British currency, the Queen, and ‘70s blue literature. Some of the newer influences Andy Warhol’s pop art, specifically the Campbell’s soup can, which Thames have twisted by blending it to include old English adverts for cola and whisky.
