Moroccan club Raja Casablanca has clinched the 2019 CAF champions league, defeating Egyptian side Esperance in a keenly contested finals
at the Thani bin Jassim Stadium in Al Rayyan. The victory means the moroccan club lifted their second all time CAF champions league.

Although the Blood and Gold were the better side in the opening stages of the game, it was Green Eagles, who broke the threatened first.

Goals from Abdelilah Hafidi, a superb first half strike from 20 yards, and a neat close-range finish from captain Badr Benoun in the 65th minute sealed victory for Raja.
