Global music streaming service Deezer has undergone a major rebrand and redesign. The streaming giant updated its app with a new look company logo and the app for iOS, Android and Windows gaining a cleaner, clearer new feel.

The background colour complements the album art of whichever song you are listening to, so changes depending on the album and artist. The Deezer app has also undergone a minimalist redesign, with less text and dedicated visual treatments for playlists and channels.

Hans-Holger Albrecht, Deezer CEO said: “We want to bring users a modern and human service that stands out from anything else on the market.

“Our unique look and feel also reflect our mindset as an industry challenger.

“We help our users create the soundtrack to their lives by bringing them the music they need for any moment.”

The music streaming platform currently has 14 million monthly active users and is available in over 180 countries.
