Christopher Jordan Wallace, the son of the late great Notorious B.I.G and Faith Evans, is getting ready to drop his debut album later this year. According to a recent interview with Evening Standard, Jordan has been working on the project with his half-brother, Joshua Jada Russaw, with whom he will be debuting as new rap duo “CJ and Jahad.”
When asked about the upcoming release, Jordan who is 20 years old said, “At a young age I always knew I wanted to do music, it was inevitable. My family always had my back, whatever I’ve wanted to do they’ve supported. They were always giving me advice on what to do and how to go about things.”
In addition, he will also be pursuing films this year to tell the story of his youngest half-brother, who is currently living with autism. “I’d like to tell the story of what he is going through. A lot of people don’t understand. I want to bring awareness to that and special needs in general.”
Jordan is yet to drop the release date for his debut album. We will keep you updated as we get more information.
